Dave began his real estate career in 1997 in So. Lake Tahoe, California. Sometimes Angela feels like she’s lived two different lives—the one before the Coachella Valley and the one since moving to the Coachella Valley.  The one before is where she spent the better part of 25 years living through cold winters filled with snow up in South Lake Tahoe, serving the public in the capacity of a city administrator, raising her two beautiful daughters, and focusing on fulfilling the day-to-day needs of those around her—both professionally and personally.  After her kids “left the nest”, she and Dave decided to do the same.

In 2003, they came to the beautiful Coachella Valley where Angela started her “second” life.  She did not know exactly what to expect, but the bright, blue sky filled with sunshine and the surrounding mountains were good for her soul.  She found one of her true passions in life—golf, and Angela has loved to play the game ever since.  In 2007, she and Dave had the opportunity to join a prominent, long-time real estate brokerage and sell properties in the place they had grown to love.  Dave and Angela have always worked as a “team.”  Being married for over 40 years gives them the unique ability to combine their strengths and to anticipate needs before they come up, and so it seemed only natural that they would be “Team Peterson” in real estate as well.
