Jennifer Reale Criscione began her real estate career back in New York in 2004. What once began as a part time job in the file room of a local real estate office, quickly blossomed into a life changing career.
While pursuing a Bachelors degree in English writing, Jennifer carried the weight of two jobs, both in the real estate field. One office; a well established, 250+ agent, local office known as Robert DeFalco Realty, the other, a boutique startup company known as S.I Premier Properties.
Jennifer’s role was vital in each office. At DeFalco, Jennifer started off by filing closed deals in a small file room on the far end of the office 3X a week from 5-9pm. At S.I Premier, Jennifer helped to establish the company during its infancy stage, assisting with marketing, branding, and preparing the office for future growth and establishment. Both roles allowed Jennifer to experience all there is to learn about real estate, from the opening of a small office, to running a well established company.
As Jennifer grew within both companies, her experience and knowledge in the field also evolved, allowing her to see the ins & outs of daily issues and functions of both large and small scale companies. With all of this experience under her belt, Jennifer made the decision to move West, bringing her out to Souther California in the summer of 2013.
Jennifer quickly adapted to this drastic change and took on the first job she could get in an HOA management office in the Palm Desert area. Although the job was challenging, Jennifer created systematic ways to get the front end organized and more efficient through their daily operations. While studying real estate in the interim, Jennifer decided to fully pursue a career in real estate, finally getting licensed in August of 2014. Getting licensed was a huge stepping stone in Jennifer’s career, leading her to land her dream job as office manager with The Bannister Group – a small boutique office, formerly operating as the OnSite Sales Office at Indian Ridge Country Club – a high end, luxury community located in the heart of Palm Desert.
Jennifer’s career in real estate has now come full circle, allowing her to use the knowledge she has attained over the years to assist in opening and closing millions of dollars in real estate transactions since joining the team in 2014.
Jennifer currently operates as licensed realtor & marketing coordinator for Windermere Homes & Estates. Jennifer is your go-to resource for mastering the art of all our Windermere tools and technology. She trains our agents on MoxiWorks , Agent Websites , TrendGraphix and offers personalized One-On-One Sessions With Agents.
