Jack grew up near Hopkinsville, Kentucky on a farm where he worked hard and played harder. He attended Austin Peay State University for two years, then joined the U.S. Air Force, which became a career. He later graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and a minor in Economics.
In 1998 he retired after twenty years of service and in 1991 moved to Palm Desert to manage a construction company. Jack has been in the construction, property development, mortgage, and real estate industry ever since.
In 1993 he opened JWB Development, Inc and over the next seventeen years built over 300 homes in Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, and 29 Palms ranging from 1500sf entry level to 5000sf custom houses.
Jack says “My work ethic is honesty, professionalism, and have fun doing what you do. I always finish what I start and whatever I attempt I do to the best if my ability. This philosophy has served me well throughout my life.”
