Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Alexandra Trejo to the El Paseo Team

Real estate runs deep in Alexandra’s family; her mother and sisters are active real estate agents. “My family pushed me to get my license,” Alexandra laughs. “Before I entered real estate full time, I worked for Bank of America and Chase as an account rep. My goal was to be more involved during the sales process after experiencing the financial side of the business. I have always enjoyed helping others, and my career gives me the opportunity to make a huge, positive impact in the lives of my clients.”

In addition to being well-versed in the financial aspects of real estate, Alexandra is whip-smart about real estate contracts, knowledge she gained while working as a transaction coordinator the first year of her real estate career. Blending her unique background with her cheery personality and passion for homes, Alexandra is able to offer a deep level of guidance to her clients, which earns her repeat and referral business. “I would say 90% of my business is based on referrals. Maintaining and building relationships with my clients is critical to my success, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know new people and helping them accomplish their goals. As a driven individual who sets my own personal and professional goals, I savor the sense of accomplishment that comes with taking on a challenge and helping others in the process.”

Alexandra believes in a strong level of communication to create trust between her and her clients and to enhance her ability to work on their behalf. “Really listening to the needs of my clients is crucial as it builds trust between us and gives me a sense of how I can help them get to where they want to go. Sometimes I pick up on things a client needs from our discussions that they don’t even realize they are thinking about. Being able to understand their fundamental lifestyle criteria is important and allows me to keep them going down the right path.”

When she isn’t helping clients accomplish their real estate dreams, Alexandra is working with patrons of the Rancho Mirage library and takes pleasure meeting monthly with the P.S. Silent Book Club. “I really enjoy talking to people about books and offering suggestions for what they might like based on the authors or genres they appreciate. I also participate in the annual Rancho Mirage Writer’s Festival. Hearing an author discuss their book is a neat experience and something I look forward to each year.”
